Meet Michelle

Michelle Akers is a third-generation minister with a lifelong calling to see lives transformed through the presence and power of God. Her heart for the nations was awakened at a young age through a powerful dream involving the children of India, planting a passion for global missions that continues to shape her ministry today.

Her first mission trip took her to Jamaica, and since then she has ministered across the United States and internationally, serving in orphanages, schools, churches, missions organizations, colleges, radio, and television through many open doors around the world.

Michelle ministers through both the Word and music. God supernaturally taught her to play the piano and has given her original songs that are now sung internationally, including “Pouring Out Your Glory.” She carries a joyful, Spirit-led anointing in revivals and conferences, sharing miraculous testimonies and encouraging believers to walk with a “seeing eye” and a “hearing ear” as she declares the Word of the Lord.

Her deepest passion is seeing the atmosphere of Heaven manifested on earth, as people encounter God in a real and life-changing way.

When at home, Michelle remains actively engaged in home missions and outreach throughout West Virginia, while also ministering online and by phone to individuals across the United States and abroad who call seeking prayer, encouragement, and hope.
